An indoor meet and greet is definitely needed at AK. It will be a bit sad to see one of the shops closed, but that will be a plus.

It'll be interesting to see how many and exactly which characters they have. As it is now, when we are looking for the autographs, we just hit up Epcot's Character Meet and Greet first thing in the morning because we can get so many more so quickly (plus usually a character meal or two). I'm sure that will change as the girl gets bigger and we need to add Princesses to the mix.
Has anyone been to the newly relocated character spot in MK? It was up and going the last time we went but we're so used to Epcot's spot that we didn't even consider switching...

Do you mean the one on Main Street? We have. It's one entrance, but you decide whether you go to the left and meet the princesses or to the right and meet Mickey and Minnie. We've never had a long wait to get in, and it's nicely organized and not rushed at all. On the other hand, we've never tried the Epcot spot because the line always looks insane every time we pass. We kind of stick to the free Visa picture there (when we remember to go into Innoventions while it's operating). What are your opinions on the lines? Do they look worse than they are or are they really that bad?

As for the Epcot spot, I can't really speak to how long the line is compared to how it looks because there are only two days that we get the the parks at opening. One is Animal Kingdom (preferably morning emh) for the safari-love how active the animals are! The other is the day we go for the Character Spot in Epcot. Because we usually try to time our Epcot morning on a day where there's emh in the morning at MK or anywhere else, Epcot is usually still empty when we arrive. We've never waited more than five or ten minutes tops.

We love Akershus (sp?) breakfast to see the princesses! Good to know. We've never done any of the princess options but have Akershus on schedule for dinner this year. We're not big breakfast people but I'm a little afraid dinner is going to be crazy busy.
