My friend's husband has been battling leukemia for the past five years. He had a bone marrow transplant in October which they hoped would cure the leukemia, but he has been plagued with infection issues and a host of other things since the transplant. She posted tonight that the doctors have said that nothing else can be done for him and they are just working to make him comfortable.
Please keep them all in your prayers.

I'll keep them in my prayers! It's so tough when it gets to that point.

He passed away this morning. Please keep his wife and 5 children in your prayers. Their youngest is 14, and they have a son who just graduated high school, and a daughter who is getting married later this summer so I know that they will really be hurting as they reach these milestones.

How terribly sad! Though he is in a better place without illness or pain I will pray for his family. How terribly tragic!
