Where would you eat?
That's my dilemma for January. Since this is an unexpected trip, I am trying to keep costs low. DH's meals will be covered by his employer for the most part. The girls and I will probably do mostly counter service since we will be in the parks by ourselves most days. I am thinking we will do one sitdown meal, but now I'm trying to figure out where to go. I have been checking and that week seems to have a ton of options available.

Narrow down your priority list. Do you want characters or care more about food? How important is ambience? Park or resort place? Once you have an idea of what type of experience you're after, it's easier to decide from there.
