At the top of the screen there is a PROFILE link, click it and then choose MODIFY PROFILE. You will find a host of options. You can upload a custom avatar (it must be smaller than 100 x 100 and you put the URL of its location), make a signature (400 characters or less), and personalize many other things, such as your time zone and viewing options.

You seemed to have figured some of this out. Do you know?
Can I change the order the posts within the thread displays? Right now, the default is first post (oldest) to last post (newest). I prefer to see newest first. I can't find a way to alter that.
Also, with the avatar change. Must that pic already be from a website? Do you set the auto avatar to "none" and then put in your link, and alter the size? Can you use a personal photo if it is already on photobucket in the right dimensions?
I did figure out the signature area, right before you posted the instructions, but still trying to learn the other area.

Yes, my Imagination Movers avatar was in my Photobucket account. I chose NONE for the avatar and put the link in. I left the dimensions empty...it made my avatar 65 x 65 so I went back in and put 100 x 100 in the dimensions field later. |

I uploaded some disney avatar's to the list - so if you don't want to find one you can look there - there are a few of Fab 5, and winnie the pooh. I'll upload more if people want  They are all at the end of the list. |

Help!
I tried to put a pic as my avatar, but I paste the url and hit modify, and it does nothing! Also, How do you get a pic in your signature?

Just a little ways down from avatar in modify my profile, it should say signature. I is a small box but it works the same way it did on Magictrips. Just paste your picture url in there from photobucket or a similar site. I haven't tried to do a custom avatar so i can't help with that.

With this, too, I wonder if there's something to the https:// vs http:// I found when Googling about the issue. Check and see which your URL starts with. If it's https:// then that must be the problem. If it's http:// I'll have to do some more research.

How do you get a picture in your signature? It was giving me a link to a picture, but not the actual picture.

To have a picture in your signature you need to frame it with the ![]() tags. [img]URL ADDRESS[/img] |

that's because it doesn't link recognizably to a photo with a gif or jpg or png suffix. Try Photobucket for hosting.
