Have to love day eight. Plans look great. The Cape is going to be fun at Your dates, is that the first week in Dec? . Looking at that week next year and hoping the crowds are low.

Have to love day eight. Plans look great. The Cape is going to be fun at Your dates, is that the first week in Dec? . Looking at that week next year and hoping the crowds are low. We arrive at the Cape on Dec. 6. We'll spent the sixth, seventh and eighth there and drive to WDW the morning of the ninth. The last time I checked, there are no launches schedules on those days. We went early this year (January) and the crowds were very low. I tried to schedule our trip when I could see an old friend. I worked with him when he was a Naval Officer and we were on a team supporting the F/A-18 Hornet aircraft. He went on to become an astronaut and flew three shuttle missions. He was scheduled to be there for one of the "Meet an Astronaut" days, but we couldn't go then because of our house sitters schedule. Maybe next time.
