I can't believe I'm going to say this, Sept. trip was not a good one. Maybe it's because of my age, because humidity and rain has never bothered me before, but we. were missable. So looks like end of November. beginning of Dec 2019 will be another trip. My oldest who have never been able to make the Christmas trips before because of work, now works for a company that will let them vacation in that time period.

Woo hoo! That sounds like a great time to go. Hopefully you'll be able to do Food & Wine and Christmas party, or at least take in all the Christmas decorations and activities. Once I retire from JCPenney, that's one thing I'll look forward to being able to do. You'll be able to enjoy Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land too by then. Any ideas on where y'all might want to stay?

I plan on the. Christmas party since we have never gone. Oozing at AKL as we both love that resort at Christmas, but may end up at FQ. Hopefully they will have he same military discount as this year. Sydney do you know how many rooms we can get on it? DH is now at 100% o it's all now to us. How soon before ou can retire?

Cheryl- Ron was medically retired in 2014. We were able to get two rooms at POR at the military rate. I've found this site useful for all things military and Disney. They even have a newsletter you can sign up to receive. www.militarydisneytips.com/I'd personally love to do Wilderness Lodge at Christmas time. Need to start saving up for that now...

I found that site shortly after his percentage was increased. Great information like the price for photopass. It's going to be hard to wait.
