Today's post on the Disney blog was an announcement that after this year, Grad Nites will no longer take place at Walt Disney World! It will continue at Disneyland, however.

I am sure our members who work or have worked at WDW have some very interesting stories from Grad Nights. Likely, not appropriate for posting on a family friendly site, in some cases.
My guess is the problems were not worth the expense.....which again would relate to your comment, Susan...too many unsupervised teenagers......

Everything I have read in the local paper has to do more with increased tourist traffic and the inability to shut the park down as early as they were for the parties.
And yes Carol the stories I could tell you about Grad Nites.....I am just going to leave it at that.

I'm sad it's ending. It was an amazing experience, and I'm sad my kids won't be able to! DH loved his gradnite too!
