We are going with the basic Dining Plan for our July 2013 trip. Here are the plans:
Table Service Dinners: Tony's Town Square, Be Our Guest, Via Napoli, Coral Reef, Grand Floridian Cafe, Kona Cafe
Table Service Breakfast: Kouzzina
Quick Service Breakfasts or Lunches: Contempo Cafe, BLT Cove Bar, Captain Cook's, Gasparilla Grill, Wolfgang Puck Express. Will probably do a lot of pool time in July, so probably multiple lunches at Cove Bar.

Sounds wonderful! I can't wait to hear your thoughts on Be Our Guest. I am going to try to do quick service there in February, but I didn't try to get a dinner ADR because I didn't know our schedule.

Yummy! We'll be doing Tony's too (a must for us) but some of your other choices are ones I've been interested in. Haven't tried Wolfgang's- what do you like there? Was thinking maybe for the down day or departure day. We've done breakfast at the Poly the last 4 trips- O'hana's and Kona, and we love visiting the resort. I was thinking maybe Kona or Captain Cook's for lunch or dinner on our down day. What do you like about these?

At Kona I love the noodle bowl, and also the selection of Kona beers. Also I had shrimp & scallops with sticky rice there that was fantastic, but I don't know if it's still on the menu. At Captain Cook's, I've only ever had the multigrain turkey club, but I noticed that they have a Dole Whip machine so I know we will be going back there for that. The menu is filled with all kinds of tasty looking sandwiches, salads & stir fries.
When we visit WDW in the summer & stay at Bay Lake Tower, we like to visit the monorail resorts for table service & quick service because we can go out to eat without getting all hot & sweaty. So we spend a lot of time at Poly & Grand Floridian as well as the Contemporary on those trips.

Oh & I forgot you asked about Wolfgang Puck Express. I am a big fan of Puck, he has a restaurant in Atlantic City that we go to a lot. You can never go wrong with his soups, pizzas, or burgers. And if you're a fan of sushi he makes a great ahi tuna roll. My favorite soup of his is the Butternut Squash soup!
